Main Responsibilities:
- Perform Spectrum Analysis and signal quality testing on microwave transmission frequency band ranges using high-precision RF measurement tools.
- Detect, diagnose, and resolve interference, noise & signal degradation in microwave communication links.
- Perform interference hunting using portable Spectrum Analyzers and direction-finding techniques.
- Utilization of Handheld GPS Units, Compass Applications, Binoculars, Cameras & Field Laptops will be essential.
- Being able to work in field environments as tower climbing, outdoor testing, and lab settings.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics, Telecommunication, or related subject area.
- Must have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience (1 year of experience for a master's degree).
- Fluent in one of the local languages (Dari, Pashto) and English (written and spoken).
- Need to have self-motivation to learn new things and should be a self-learner.
- Need to solve incidents alone / with a team when needed.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic.
- Possesses excellent communication skills.
- Uphold integrity and honesty.
- Capable of performing well under pressure.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during work.
- Willingness to travel to other provinces and work additional hours.
- Adheres to company rules and policies.
