- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
- Monitor and control sub-contractors / reporting staff.
- Responsible for checking the scope of works/contract of sub-contractors as per the Site requirements.
- Responsible for the preparation of detailed BOQ as per design drawings & specifications for procurement reference.
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, equipment, or labor to determine a project's economic feasibility.
- Checking various bills of contractors for accuracy of claims. Monitoring progress as per target schedule and inform the same to Seniors / Managers.
- Responsible is the agenda & MOM preparation.
- Planning and controlling required resources to achieve planned schedule.
- Supervise site activities as per execution details and drawings (Measure / quantify works as per drawings / details / actual execution).
- Plan and supervise sequential activities of works.
- Resolve site issues pertaining to execution in consultation with Structural / MEP / Architectural Consultants.
- Prepare progress report & site records for Client reference. Ensure execution is of desired quality
- Checking and preparation of necessary drawings using AutoCAD.
- Manage and direct the construction, operations, and maintenance activities at the project site.
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
- Prepare shop drawings and design proposals to meet the project needs.
- Archive and control revisions of design drawings, shop drawings, and as-built.
- Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architecture Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a relevant role.
- Strong communication skills. Must be able to speak and write in English.
- Well-versed with AutoCAD & Microsoft Dynamics (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Should have fair knowledge of Electrical and MEP Works for proper coordination during Site work execution.
