- To work under direct supervision of Managing Director and General Manager:
- Including but not limited to:
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and expense tracking
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, including timely preparation and submission of tax returns
- Monitor company cash flow, budgets, and forecasts
- Assist in the preparation of financial audits and coordinate with external auditors
- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and supporting documents
- Support the HR and administration department in preparing contracts and processing payroll
- Assist in procurement and vendor management from a financial perspective
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance financial operations efficiency
- Communicate effectively with management regarding financial performance and projections
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in similar position
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of proven work experience in accounting and financial management
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Excel
- Familiarity with local tax laws and regulations
- Experience in administrative tasks, preparing contracts, and handling office operations
- Ability to organize, classify, and maintain financial and administrative documents
- High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work collaboratively in a team
