duties

Finance Duties:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Process payroll, employee reimbursements, and other financial transactions.
  • Prepare and file tax returns and other financial documents as required.
  • Assist in audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage bank accounts.
  • Help implement and maintain financial controls and procedures.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.

Administrative Duties:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations of the office.
  • Maintain and organize filing systems and office documentation.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Manage company fleet, including scheduling vehicle use, tracking maintenance, coordinating repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety and registration requirements.
  • Monitor fuel usage, mileage logs, and driver performance.
  • Maintain up-to-date records for all vehicles, including insurance, registration, and inspection certificates.
  • Assist with logistics and planning of meetings, events, and travel.




qualification

·        Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

·        At least 2 years of relevant work experience in finance and administration.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar platforms.

·        Strong communication skills in English and Dari/Pashto.

·        Attention to detail, confidentiality, and excellent organizational skills.
