Essential Functions/Duties Include but Are Not Limited To:
Finance Officer duties and responsibilities:
1. Manage all accounts, including bookkeeping, data entry into provided database.
2. Administer payroll for all school employees in coordination with Human Resources, including all appropriate deductions
3. Present the monthly payroll to the Managing Director for review and approval
4. Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for the Managing Director to include profit/loss, cash –flow ,and current balance as requested
5. Attend meetings of the Board as well as meetings of school management per requirement.
6. Administer and record all invoices and all payments in accordance with procedures.
7. Administer and record all revenue invoicing according to school procedures.
8. Match customer advances with issued invoices on monthly basis.
9. Maintain proper register of fixed assets, coordinating with administrative department.
10. Analyze prepayments, accruals, and other assets and liabilities accounts and record necessary adjustments if needed each month
11. Complete other duties as assigned by the Emaad PHS administrative.
1. Bachelor's degree of Business Administration is required.
2. At least one year of working experience in related field
3. Skills in Computers and English language is a must requirement for this position.
