Key Responsibilities:
• Record and track daily financial transactions
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
• Monitor cash flow, accounts payable and receivable
• Coordinate with auditors and provide required documentation
• Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations
Requirements:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or auditing.
- Experience with Odoo Accounting, including managing journals, invoices, payments, reconciliations, and generating financial reports within the Odoo ERP system.
- Experience in commercial companies or import/export businesses is a plus.
Skills:
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with budgeting, profit & loss reports, balance sheets, and cash flow management.
• Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, Excel, or similar tools.
• Ability to manage invoices, payments, and receivables.
• Basic knowledge of taxation, customs .
• Capable of delivering timely and accurate financial reports
