- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Process payroll, employee reimbursements, and other financial transactions.
- Prepare and file tax returns and other financial documents as required.
- Assist in audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed.
- Monitor cash flow and manage bank accounts.
- Help implement and maintain financial controls and procedures.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
· At least 2 years of relevant work experience in finance and administration.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar platforms.
· Strong communication skills in English and Dari/Pashto.
· Attention to detail, confidentiality, and excellent organizational skills.
