duties

  • The duty and responsibility of finance officer are including but not limited to the below listed items:
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely entry of transactions into the accounting system.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Assist with internal and external audits and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
  • Analyze financial data and trends to support business decision-making.
  • Coordinate with other departments to gather financial data and ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Ensure tax filings and statutory payments are completed on time.
  • Assist in developing and improving financial processes and internal controls.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in multiple languages as needed.
  • Maintain written and oral communications between the company and all relevant vendors and regulatory agencies.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate reports on a quarterly, monthly, and annual basis, ensuring comprehensive data analysis and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Preparation and development of any other documents required by the company and/or related authorities.
  • Any other tasks may be directed by the supervisor.


qualification

  • The applicant shall have at least 7 years of related working experience in taxation and finace.
  • The applicant shall have at least a Bachelor Degree in finance. Applicants with Master degrees shall be preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial laws and regulations.
  • The applicant shall have the ability to read, write and speak the Turkish and English languages fluently.
  • Fluency in Afghan national languages is also essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skill is highly important.
  • The applicant shall be familiar with team working.
  • Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Familiarity with accounting software packages
  • Computer literacy (MS Excel in particular)
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • The applicant shall be able for traveling to the provinces within the country for the periods that will be specified by 77 Construction top management.


Qualification Requirement:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a minimum 7 years of related field experience. The applicants with master degrees will be preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in accounting, finance or related field.
