- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly deposit plans.
- Maintain and manage MNOS accounts, ensuring that all payments are deposited into supplier bank accounts on a daily basis.
- Perform daily reconciliation of sales and purchases.
- Conduct daily and weekly financial clearance with the Procurement Officer.
- Reconcile advance accounts and ensure proper tracking and settlement.
- Update financial spreadsheets with daily financial transactions.
- Record and enter invoices into the general journal accurately and in a timely manner.
- Track and reconcile bank statements regularly.
- Create and maintain cost analysis reports, including both fixed and variable costs.
- Support the monthly payroll process and maintain organized payroll records.
- Arrange and disburse salaries to AFP employees in coordination with HR and finance departments.
- Maintain records of all financial activities, including expenditures, travel arrangements, purchases, deliveries, supplies, and inventory.
- Record and monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process invoices and follow up with clients and partners as required.
- Provide administrative and financial support during budget preparation.
- Conduct weekly audits and process daily operating expenses.
- Provide backup support in the absence of finance team members and take over relevant responsibilities as needed.
- Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by the line manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Outstanding analytical and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or economics is essential.
- Ability to analyze financial data, reports, and forecasts.
- Attention to Detail: Precise and accurate in managing financial records and reports.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, full understanding of Quick book, spreadsheets, and financial modeling.
- Communication Skills: Ability to convey financial information clearly to stakeholders.
- Leadership: Experience in managing a team and overseeing financial operations.
