Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Track subscriptions, commissions, and payouts to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely processing.
Perform regular billing audits to identify discrepancies, revenue leakage, or compliance issues.
Monitor workflows to ensure adherence to approved processes and internal controls.
Coordinate with Legal and Audit teams to support reviews, investigations, and compliance requirements.
Document findings, recommend improvements, and support implementation of corrective actions.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of two years of experience in finance, accounting, or fintech environments.
High attention to detail with a focus on financial accuracy.
Experience working with dashboards and reporting tools.
Strong understanding of automation tools and an automation-first mindset.
Knowledge of financial reporting standards and accounting principles.
Ability to ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Analytical skills to review, interpret, and present financial data effectively
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple financial processes simultaneously
Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-department collaboration
