- Develop, implement, and monitor effective cost control strategies across all departments.
- Prepare, review, and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
- Track, monitor, and report all company expenses against budgets and forecasts.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements to management.
- Monitor procurement and operational expenses to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Establish strong internal controls to prevent waste, fraud, and misuse of funds.
- Conduct variance analysis (budget vs. actual) and provide insights for corrective actions.
- Work closely with department heads to control costs and improve efficiency.
- Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
- Support senior management with financial planning and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and guide the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Master’s or professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in financial management, cost control, or expense management roles.
- Strong analytical, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
- Proficiency in financial software ERP (Enterprise Resource Plaining) systems, MS Excel, etc.).
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
