- Develop and manage the company's budget, including forecasting and monitoring expenditures.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and project planning.
- Prepare financial models and projections to assess project viability and financial performance.

- Implement and maintain SAP or QuickBooks financial management software and tools.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data through effective use of financial systems.
- Train and support staff in the use of financial software and tools.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure financial alignment with project goals.
- Communicate financial information and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
- Support investor relations by providing financial data and responding to queries.
- Identify opportunities for improving financial processes and efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial management.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in financial operations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA) is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the construction or energy sector.
Proven track record of managing financial operations and supporting large-scale projects.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in financial management software (QuickBooks, SAP).
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
