- Develop, implement, and maintain robust financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Track financial KPIs and performance metrics to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for operational improvements.
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes in coordination with department heads.
- Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure timely billing, collections, and disbursements.
- Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits, ensuring timely and accurate compliance reporting.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or a recognized professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong grasp of financial management, forecasting, budgeting, and cost analysis.
- Proficient in financial systems and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP software.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the agriculture, feed mill, or manufacturing sectors is a strong advantage.
