- Oversee day-to-day financial operations and accounting activities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Monitor cash flow, cost control, and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Managing Director
- Supervise and develop finance and accounting staff
- Education: MBA (Finance or related field)
- Professional Certification: ACCA (mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in production/manufacturing industry is required
Skills & Competencies
- Strong financial reporting and analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems ( QuickBooks)
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- High level of integrity and professionalism
