- Assist in recording daily financial transactions
- Help maintain ledgers (cash book, accounts payable/receivable)
- Support bank reconciliation processes
- Verify and file supporting documents (invoices, receipts, vouchers)
- Assist in preparing payment requests and expense reports
- Help maintain asset registers
- Contribute to monthly financial reports
- Assist with budget tracking and variance analysis
- Help prepare tax documents as required
- Follow organizational financial policies and procedures
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Help ensure compliance with Afghan tax laws
- Data entry into accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel)
- Filing and organizing financial documents
Requirements:
- Education: Recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- Experience: Fresh Graduated with no work experience
- Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Good in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
- Fluency in Dari/Pashto and English for financial terms
