· Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
· Support the budgeting and forecasting process.
· Contribute to financial analysis and modeling.
· Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

· Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
· Reconcile financial data and investigate discrepancies.

· Support the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
· Analyze budget variances and provide explanations.
· Assist in the preparation of budget presentations.
· Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making.
· Assist in Analyzing financial performance and identify trends.
· Contribute to team in preparing financial reports and presentations summarizing findings.
· Assist with processing invoices and payments.
· Assist in reconciling vendor statements.
· Assist with accounts receivable collections.
· Provide general administrative support to the Finance & Administration Department.
· Assist with special projects as assigned.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
· Accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks.
· Contribution in preparation of financial reports and analyses as required.
· Contribution to the budgeting and forecasting process.
· Maintenance of organized and accurate financial records.
· Proactive identification of areas for improvement in financial processes.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics or any other relevant field.
Experience:
- Fresh Graduate with no experience
Skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional and courteous demeanor.
The duty station of the intern will be the host entity (Baheera Bahar Trading Company) and the salary will be paid by Islamic Relief Worldwide- Afghanistan (IRW- A) based on agreement.
