Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with regional and branch finance teams.
- Follow up on monthly financial packages.
- Assist audits and internal control reviews.
Accounting & Reporting
- Review vouchers and documents.
- Prepare periodic financial reports.
- Maintain financial filing systems.
Budget & Expenditure Monitoring
- Support budget development.
- Review spending and variances.
- Prepare budget vs. actual reports.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with donor and MFI requirements.
- Improve financial procedures.
Support to Audit & Cash Management
- Prepare schedules for audits.
- Support treasury operations and bank reconciliations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 3–5 years of experience in finance, preferably in MFI/NGO sector.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong communication skills.
