duties

Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with regional and branch finance teams.
  • Follow up on monthly financial packages.
  • Assist audits and internal control reviews.

Accounting & Reporting

  • Review vouchers and documents.
  • Prepare periodic financial reports.
  • Maintain financial filing systems.

Budget & Expenditure Monitoring

  • Support budget development.
  • Review spending and variances.
  • Prepare budget vs. actual reports.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with donor and MFI requirements.
  • Improve financial procedures.

Support to Audit & Cash Management

  • Prepare schedules for audits.
  • Support treasury operations and bank reconciliations.

qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 3–5 years of experience in finance, preferably in MFI/NGO sector.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong communication skills.
