- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
- Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts.
- Support audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational financial policies and relevant regulations.
- Provide financial analysis to support management decisions.
- Assist with payroll processing and financial administrative tasks as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in financial administration or accounting (typically 1–3 years).
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
- Professional certification or progress toward one (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
- Ability to work with Quickbooks.
