- Ensure accurate preparation and calculation of documents related to payments and liquidations
- Maintain and update departmental logbooks for tracking financial transactions and activities
- Manage overall document control, ensuring proper organization and accessibility
- Handle scanning and filing of financial records, both in hard and soft copy formats
- Prepare necessary tax documents and support tax-related processes
- Oversee and manage all cash transactions in accordance with internal controls
- Prepare vouchers for all cash-related transactions to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Adhere to safety protocols and remain vigilant about potential security risks
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer service in cashier-related functions
- Collaborate closely with finance managers and team members to support smooth financial operations and compliance
- Perform all other duties related to the position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; is required.
- 3 – 4 Years’ experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial regulations.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential financial information.
