- Deliver well-structured, engaging, and student-centered Sharia lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum
- Integrate classical Islamic sources with modern-day scenarios to encourage critical thinking
- Develop course plans, lesson materials, and assessment tools
- Provide mentorship and moral guidance to students in accordance with Islamic values
- Contribute to school-wide Islamic and cultural activities, seminars, and events
- Participate in staff development programs, workshops, and collaborative planning
Key Deliverables:
- Weekly lesson plans submitted in advance
- Monthly progress reports on student performance
- End-of-term evaluations and exam papers
- Participation in at least one extracurricular Islamic seminar or event per term
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sharia (Islamic Jurisprudence) from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in Sharia or related disciplines
- Fluent in Arabic (reading, writing, speaking)
- Strong understanding of classical Islamic texts and contemporary applications
- Female candidates above 40 years old are strongly encouraged to apply
