- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives.
- Teach grammar, writing, reading comprehension, and literature analysis.
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, quizzes, and exams.
- Provide constructive feedback and academic support to students.
- Maintain classroom discipline and promote a respectful learning atmosphere.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents and school administration regarding student performance.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in English, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or relevant experience in secondary education preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
