1. Plan, monitor, coordinate and check maintenance activities and procedures together with line Maintenance Planner and Maintenance Manager.
2. Monitor electricity and utilities consumption and take necessary measures to reduce consumption through Building Management System Software in assistance with Maintenance Manager.
3. Define and control training and appraisals for Electrical and Instrumentation Technicians.
4. Plan, assist and prepare special studies, process control and automation.
5. Supervise, control and report on the safety of the installation.
6. Manage, coordinate and control project shop drawing approvals.
7. Generate BOQ based on approved shop drawings and approved variation/change order for procurement reference.
8. Supervise and control and recommend technical materials, electrical and control equipment suppliers.
9. Plan and coordinate with outside contacts for generating quotations for Clients Reference.
10. Plan and coordinate with the Client representative for the procurement of critical items in the construction process.
11. Check and evaluate the terms and conditions of procurement contracts in favor of Client.
12. Check, evaluate, monitor and motivate the performance, efficiency and attendance of the Line E/I Technician staff, taking necessary prompt action to recommend good performance or correct poor or sub-standard performance.
13. Recommend, lay-down and execute management policies affecting his area of responsibility including the hiring of necessary Electrical and Instrumentation Technicians
14. Transfer, suspend, lay off, recall and discharge or otherwise impose appropriate disciplinary action on Line Electrical and Instrumental Technicians.
15. Implement and ensure that all safety rules and regulations or policies laid down by Management are followed.
16. Identify and record any electrical and instrumentation service quality problems and ensure that solution to the problems is provided.
17. Ensure that corrective actions are followed up and implemented.
18. Responsible for the correct and good quality repair, overhaul, scheduled checks/test and re-calibration of all process related and QA instruments/equipment and safety controls in the project in accordance with manufacturers, maintenance manuals and engineering standards and practices
19. Supervise and control maintenance of activities for proper implementation, supervise schedules and be responsible for the maintenance, overhaul, repair, schedule checks and calibration of process and general service instruments, controllers, safety controls and communication.
20. Ensure that safety precautionary measure is being followed and implemented.
21. And any other task that may arise from time to time instructed from the Client's Office.
22. Responsible for the complete Structured Cabling Works as defined in the in approved drawings of the consultant.
23. Coordinate design matters between all parties (Client, Contractors & Consultant).
24. Provide project completion report for Client Reference.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ELV systems design, implementation, and maintenance, with a focus on ELV infrastructure.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software tools for design and documentation.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarms, and structured cabling, as well as IT networking principles.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively collaborate with teams and clients.
• Problem-Solving: Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of construction industry rules, regulations, and safety standards related to ELV systems.
