The electrical engineer will be responsible for:
1. Designing solar PV systems.
2. Preparing technical drawings and schematics using AutoCAD.
3. Conducting solar energy system performance simulations using PVsyst and PVsol.
4. Preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQs), single-line diagrams (SLDs), and technical reports.
5. Ensuring compliance with national and international standards in solar PV and electrical engineering design.
6. Supporting project managers in technical evaluation, procurement, and installation processes.
7. Conducting site visits for assessment, monitoring, and supervision when required.
8. Coordinating with the KK engineering team to ensure timely project implementation.
9. Attending the meetings regarding the project's work with the client, contractors, and subordinates.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in solar system design and electrical engineering projects.
- Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in:
• Solar system design
• AutoCAD
• PVsyst and PVsol
- Knowledge of ETAP software will be considered a strong asset.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English, Pashto, and Dari are preferred.
