1. Installation and Commissioning of Machinery:
Install and set up electrical systems for production lines including extruders, dryers, cutters, conveyors, and packaging machines.
Perform initial calibration and setup of control panels and PLC systems related to the production machinery.
2. Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
Conduct preventive and scheduled maintenance to avoid production downtime.
Quickly diagnose and repair electrical issues such as motor failures, sensor disconnections, PLC errors, or panel faults.
Maintain automation systems, temperature/speed controllers, sensors, and inverters regularly.
3. PLC and Automation Control:
Program or modify existing PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) software to enhance machine performance.
Coordinate with mechanical teams and operators to ensure automation systems are aligned with production requirements.
4. Energy Monitoring and Optimization:
Monitor energy consumption of production equipment and work on reducing electricity usage by optimizing processes.
Apply energy-saving technologies like VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) to control induction motors efficiently.
5. Technical Training and Support:
Train operators and technicians on the safe and effective use of electrical equipment.
Create documentation and maintenance checklists for troubleshooting and operational guidance.
6. Reporting and Coordination:
Prepare daily or monthly reports on equipment performance, breakdowns, downtime, and actions taken.
Collaborate with the production management and other departments to ensure continuous operation.
