· Prepares standard MCQs according to national curriculum.
· Presents (Video/Audio) presentations selected from the topics that are aligned with national curriculum.
· Reviews the selected topics and its recommended delivery and assessment methods in the curriculum.
· Conducts biology experiments inside and outside the lab with connections to daily life contexts.
· In close collaboration with Content Expert, creates grade level appropriate instructional online videos along with quizzes on the same topics aired on TV and radio,
however, with more depth and details using charts, diagrams, animations, images, lectures etc.
· Reviews and translates educational materials (Learning Content, Scripts, MCQs) and make them available to use in the learning management system (LMS).
· Consults biology educational resources and experiments available on media platforms
· Assists In maintaining virtual interactions with the users of the online platform especially with student users
· Assists in continuously improvement of educational content considering users and students’ feedback and comments
· Ensures religious and cultural relevance of the educational content for TV/radio broadcast and online delivery
· Ensures the timely delivery of all tasks assigned by their senior experts.
· Performs other related duties; including but not limited to assisting in content creation, reviews, content relevant translations, episode and GFX QC, HTML generation, presenting, and other relevant duties as needed.
· Mastery of the subject matter, its delivery and assessment skills
· Extensive knowledge of the Afghan Kankor as well as secondary biology curriculum, its content and structure
· Experience in content adaptation for broadcast on TV and radio and online delivery
· University degree in biology or Medical fields.
· At least 3 years of experience in biology teaching/presenting
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Strong presentation skills
· Ability to perform in a team environment
· Multitasking
