- Selects grade-specific key concepts from the Afghan secondary Pashto curriculum (7-12)
- Creates a ‘taxonomy’ of the Pashto and Dari curriculum: a structured overview of which concepts are taught, when
- Is familiar with existing online content that could be curated to teach Pashto
- Assesses and reviews existing content and links it to the national curriculum and lesson plans
- Creates assessments for the digital learning environment
- Maintains virtual interactions with the users of the online platform, especially with student users
- Uploads relevant content to the digital learning system
- Performs other related duties as needed
- Mastery of the subject matter, its delivery and assessment skills
- Extensive knowledge of the Afghan secondary Dari/Pashto language curriculum (grades 7-12), its content and structure
- Relevant university degree
- At least five years of experience in Dari/Pashto language content development and teaching
- Ability to create Pashto language assessments for online usage
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Excellent analytical skills
- Independent and critical work approach
- Proficient in the use of Excel or other spreadsheets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in digital co-working environments such as Google Drive or SharePoint
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to perform in a team environment
