- Develop DRR response management training manuals on following themes (Disaster Risk Reduction, natural hazards (flash flood response, Earthquake response, Fire response, land/sand/Month slides response, Avalanche response) management, Community Emergency Response Team-CERT-Management). 5 working days.
- Train Community Mobilizers on DRR management, hazards response management, and CERT management through organizing ToT, 2 working days.
- Conceptualize the themes handouts based on DRR-Committees’ capability to deliver it to DRR Committees, 3 working days
- Conduct the above-mentioned training for 4 DRR Committees inside the communities along with community mobilizers. 2 days per committee.
- Train 4 DRR Committees on using DRR tools and equipment. 1 day per committee.
- Organize simulation drills with DRR Committees in 4 communities. 2 days per committee.
Payment and allowances.
- Entire mission is defined as 26 working days considering the above work scope.
- 3,000 Afs will be paid per working day, this amount includes governmental tax, food, and accommodation.
- The payment will be proceeded after concluding the mission, it requires a completion report including confirmation of program in charge.
- Islamic Relief will not provide accommodation for the night stay in the mission.
- Islamic Relief Afghanistan provide transportation in official mission between provinces.
- Mission location is Kabul, Laghman, and Kunar provinces.
- Having bachelor's degree from recognized universities in relevant field (Environment science, Engineering, Social Science, Agriculture,).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience on DRR response, Trainings, DRR project management and environment protection.
- Experience in ToT organizing.
