- Prepare detailed shop drawings, layouts, and fabrication details using AutoCAD or Advanced Steel.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure design accuracy, constructability, and cost efficiency.
- Interpret and modify architectural and structural drawings into fabrication-ready documentation.
- Generate material take-offs (MTOs) and assist with bill of quantities preparation.
- Review and update drawings based on feedback, design revisions, or site requirements.
- Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Work closely with fabricators and construction teams to resolve technical issues.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Draftsman in construction or engineering projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Advanced Steel, Revit, or other drafting tools is a plus).
- Strong understanding of steel and concrete structures, detailing, and documentation.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all deliverables.
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of IBC Standards (IBC Codes) is an advantage.
