Key Responsibilities
• Distribute SIM cards in compliance with ATRA and ATOMA policies.
• Acquire new business accounts and ensure successful onboarding and activation.
• Arrange meetings and appointments with government entities, private sector companies, and NGOs.
• Promote and educate clients on ATOMA’s enterprise products and services.
• Facilitate SIM re-registration processes where necessary.
• Escalate and follow up on corporate client complaints for timely resolution.
• Process and correct rejected registrations, ensuring minimal rejection rates.
• Submit all physical documentation accurately and on time.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure timely completion of sales cycles.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting of sales activities and performance.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Achievement of 100% monthly sales, activation, and registration targets.
• Compliance with ATRA registration and activation policies.
• On-time submission of documentation and reports.
• Reduction in registration rejections.
• High levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
Qualifications & Experience
• 12th grade, preferred Bachler in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 1– years of experience in professional environment, sales, or customer service (preferably in telecommunications).
• Familiarity with SIM registration processes and ATRA compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
