Scope of work:
The Digital Support and Data Analysis Associate will undertake the following to ensure the success of the project:
Task Description:
Technical support and system maintenance: Provide technical assistance to users, maintain and update web-based systems, and support the use of digital platforms like SharePoint.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems, identify root causes of recurring issues, and differentiate between user error and technical malfunctions.
ICT strategy and implementation: Help implement ICT strategies and new technologies, ensure compliance with corporate standards, and advise on the procurement of new equipment.
Advise on and assist with the procurement of new ICT equipment, ensure compliance with technology standards, and provide technical support.
Project support: Develop Terms of Reference (ToR) for software products and provide monitoring and evaluation support during software development life cycles.
Data and reporting: Provide support for data and information preparation, reports, and presentations on digital and marketing activities.

Institutional arrangement: The Digital Support and Data Analysis Associate will report to the Area Manager for CR and in close collaboration Programme Analyst. Advice and support will also be provided by the CR Design and Digitalization Associate.
Payment: Monthly bases
Duration of the assignment: 7 Months
Duty station: Kabul, Central Region of Afghanistan.
Experience and Skills:
A secondary school education is often the minimum, with a university degree in a related field like IT, Marketing, or Business preferred.
Experience and Skills:
Technical aptitude: Strong understanding of digital systems, software, and hardware, such as Office 365, VPN, and Active Directory.
Troubleshooting skills: A robust methodology for diagnosing and solving problems.
Customer service skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Problem-solving: Ability to work independently to resolve issues within defined procedures.
Attention to detail: Accurately log and document issues and resolutions.

• Supports installation, configuration, and maintenance of digital tools, devices, and systems.
