1. Understand and implement the corporate channel strategy and regional business strategy, gain insight into Digital power business opportunities, and participate in the development and execution of the regional Digital power business channel strategy.
2. Complete Digital power professional partner development in the region and achieve channel business and partner performance targets.. Develop and maintain medium- and long-term cooperation relationships with Digital Power professional partners.
3. Develop, nurture, encourage, support, brand, and order management for partners in the region.
4. Transfer and implement channel policies in the region in a timely manner. Cooperate closely with the account manager team and other relevant departments of the company to properly handle channel conflicts, maintain continuous growth of performance, and achieve channel sales and cash collection targets.
5. Integrate internal and external resources to help channel partners effectively achieve business goals and achieve win-win results.
6. Develop business opportunities along with the partners in our target vertical industries
1. Bachelor's degree or above from a formal university, 3-5 years or above experience in digital power for sales or solution sales;
2. English is proficient and can be used as a working language.
3. Strong achievement orientation, excellent interpersonal understanding and communication skills;
4. Be able to adapt to a cross-cultural working environment and team work
5. Bold in developing new market segments, able to withstand ressur
Professional knowledge requirements:
1. Knowledge of SPV, data center, UPS, Cooling, DCIM, IT, Cloud and Network solutions and applications
2. Knowledge of direct or indirect sales of data centers solutions, UPS, and Cooling, and customers and partner management.
4. Knowledge of sales project management and operation;
