Social Media Management:
- Plan, schedule, and manage daily posts across regional social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
Customer Service (Online):
- Professionally handle client inquiries via WhatsApp, Messenger, and live chat.
Cold Calling & Lead Handling:
- Confidently make outbound calls to potential leads, explain services, and follow up effectively.
Cold Emailing & Email Marketing:
- Write and send cold emails for outreach, follow-up, and lead generation. Proficient with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Brevo).
Email Communication:
- Draft professional business emails for proposals, responses, and partnership outreach.
Content Creation:
- Create engaging captions, post ideas, and support video script development.
Proposal Writing:
- Develop marketing proposals, service packages, and offer letters for clients or campaigns.
Translation Skills:
- Translate content between English, Dari, Pashto, and other relevant languages with clarity.
Ad Management Support:
- Understand the basics of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and assist with setup and reporting.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with designers and other marketers to ensure smooth campaign execution and content delivery.
General Marketing Knowledge & Reporting:
- Provide insights and support in general marketing efforts, including reporting and analysis.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong social media management skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities online.
- Experience with cold calling, emailing, and lead generation.
- Proficiency in content creation, including writing and video script development.
- Strong communication and proposal writing skills.
- Fluent in English, Dari, and Pashto (or other relevant languages).
- Basic knowledge of ad management tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
