duties

1. Social Media Management


Administer Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and other official pages.


Regularly create and post relevant, creative, and engaging content (graphics, short videos, text posts).


Maintain a consistent posting schedule aligned with company campaigns and promotions.


2. Customer Engagement


Monitor social media inboxes, comments, and messages on a daily basis.


Provide timely, professional, and accurate responses to customer queries.


Escalate technical complaints to the support team and follow up on resolutions.


3. Digital Marketing Campaigns


Plan and execute online advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram promotions, Google Ads if required).


Track campaign performance and prepare reports on reach, engagement, and conversions.


Support sales targets through digital lead generation.


4. Brand Building & Awareness


Ensure that all social media content follows Insta Telecom’s brand guidelines.


Promote new packages, offers, and customer guarantee policies.


Increase audience engagement and followers through interactive strategies.


5. Reporting & Analytics


Prepare weekly and monthly reports on social media performance.


Analyze customer feedback and trends to recommend improvements.


Share insights with management to enhance customer experience and marketing strategy.


qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field.


Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing or social media management.


Knowledge of Facebook Business Suite, Instagram Ads, and digital analytics tools.


Strong communication skills in English, Dari, and Pashto (preferred).


Creative mindset with the ability to design simple posts/graphics (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).


Ability to work independently and respond quickly to online inquiries.
