Design, develop, and implement DFS training curricula covering:
- Agent and merchant onboarding processes
- Customer acquisition and lifecycle management
- Float management, transaction workflows, and reconciliation
- Performance management and KPI tracking
Deliver classroom, workshop, and field-based trainings for:
- Internal staff
- Agents and sub-agents
- Merchants, shopkeepers, and local traders
Conduct capacity-building sessions at Behtar Group facilities and regional locations through structured workshops and seminars.
Ensure all trainings align with:
- EMI operational policies
- Telecom and mobile money regulations
- Partner banks, MNOs, and third-party compliance requirements
Train field teams and customers on:
- KYC, AML/CFT, consumer protection, and fraud prevention
- Data security, transaction integrity, and operational risk controls
Support agent and merchant performance optimization through refresher trainings and coaching programs.
Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Business Development teams to ensure consistent messaging and operational adherence.
Prepare training materials, SOPs, user guides, and assessment tools using industry best practices.
Monitor training effectiveness and provide reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, ICT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in:
- Digital Financial Services
- EMI, mobile money, or telecom value-added services
- Training, capacity building, or field operations
Strong understanding of:
- Agent and merchant network management
- Mobile money ecosystems and DFS products
- Regulatory compliance within EMI and telecom environments
Proven experience delivering training to diverse audiences, including low-literacy market segments.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Willingness to travel extensively to regional and provincial locations.
Preferred Competencies
- Experience working with banks, MNOs, and international development or financial inclusion programs
- Strong presentation and instructional design skills
- Fluency in local languages and English (written and spoken)
