- The Deputy Branch Manager assists the Branch Manager in daily operations and achieving
- financing/collection targets.
- Supervise and mentor the Financing Officer and team leaders to ensure high-quality performance.
- Verify clients' applications, business details, guarantor information, and residence in the field.
- Ensure branch operations comply with DAB regulations and Sharia standards.
- Oversee client repayment schedules and ensure timely payments by providing necessary reports to financing officers.
- Visit delinquent clients in the field and report late payment reasons to the Branch Manager/Regional Manager.
- Oversee financial transactions and ensure accuracy and integrity of records in the Management Information System (MIS).
- Maintain excellent customer relationships; resolve escalated client complaints/issues promptly.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and review monthly reports on branch performance for submission to BM/RM and Head of Operations.
- Review the financed files post-financing to ensure document completion, proper scanning, and filing.
- Conduct daily cash reconciliation with cashiers to ensure proper cash management.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree with two years’ experience in MFI/Banking and a major emphasis in Islamic Studies,
Marketing, Islamic Finance, Management, etc.

- Presentation and writing skills in English, Dari, and Pashtu for report writing
