- Oversee the entire lifecycle of delivery and service operations for our telecom and ICT projects.
- Manage and lead internal project groups, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with finance control and internal control policies, maintaining financial integrity throughout the projects.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement operational strategies.
- Drive improvements in service delivery processes and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and mentorship to junior managers and team members.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Report on project status, financials, and any risks or issues to the executive team.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the telecom and ICT industries.
- Strong background in finance control, internal control, and project management.
- Ability to communicate fluently in both Chinese and English (both written and spoken).
- Engineering background in telecommunications or ICT, with a deep understanding of technical delivery and service operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and coordinate across multiple departments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Automation or a related field.
- Experience with international project management or multi-country operations.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
