- We are seeking a skilled and motivated Datacom Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering ISP network projects, including network design, implementation, expansion, service migration, and optimization.
- Performing network maintenance and troubleshooting, integrating services, monitoring performance, and conducting network audits.
- Supporting the presales team during project bidding processes, including reviewing high-level designs (HLD) and technical solutions.
- Ensuring network security compliance by adhering to internal policies and customer security requirements.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with service provider networks.
- Strong understanding of the TCP/IP protocol stack and expert-level knowledge of routing and switching technologies, including OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, MPLS VPN, QoS, VRRP, VLAN, ACL, STP, AAA, SNMP, and NTP.
- Hands-on experience in the design, implementation, or maintenance of IP Core or IP RAN networks is preferred.
- HCIE or CCIE certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local Dari & Pashto languages.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
