- Customer requirement understanding: Communicate with customer to understand business strategic from technical level and translate to solution needs.
- Solution design and configuration: Translate the solution needs to solution configuration using Huawei solution tool.
- Customer relationship management: Manage technical team relationship from customer side, make sure customer aware of Huawei latest solution and technology, including new product launching and workshop, HQ visit/FAT visit etc.
- Project bidding and submittal preparation: Work as a solution responsible, understand the RFP and organize the solution submittal from solution side
- Internal: Collaborate with the sales teams to identify customer needs and requirements, and develop technical solutions that meet those needs.
- Target management: Responsible for close the project from technical perspective on the help of the project team.
- Growth: Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends and emerging technologies to ensure that our solutions are innovative and effective. Achieve Huawei HCSP for data center facility.
· 7+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering or similar role.
· Strong technical skills in the data center (white space planning, power, and cooling) and Critical Power applications.
· Strong communication skills with CTO level
· Experience with Datacenter and Critical Power Business Segment.
· Uptime certification “Accredited Tier Certified “from Uptime Institute
