- Managing users in all databases.
- Monitoring the performance of Database.
- Checking the alert log and trace files for any errors.
- Taking all database logical and physical backups with archive logs.
- Checking/Managing Failed backups and re-triggers.
- Checking/Managing Database Availability.
- Checking/Managing Oracle Clusters database availability.
- Checking/Managing all database ASM disk groups.
- Checking/Managing DR site database availability on all DR databases.
- Checking DR side database log shipping.
- Checking/Managing ZFS and Managing Storage level errors.
- Check for block corruption of databases.
- Managing oracle support cases and contact support team for help when require.
- Managing crontab schedule activity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science.
- Professional training or certificates in (SQL, OCA and OCP).
- At least 3-4 years of related experience in CBS & IT Department in the Bank.
