- Perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation to identify and resolve anomalies, inaccuracies, and inconsistencies within the client system.
- Conduct manual checks to compare data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Identify patterns, gaps, and issues in datasets and communicate findings clearly to the team.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all work, checks, and findings to ensure data integrity.
- Provide support on ad hoc data analysis and reporting tasks as needed.
- Collaborate confidently — ask questions when unclear, challenge assumptions respectfully, and contribute solutions.
Education
Candidates MUST have at least a bachelor’s degree in one of the following:
- Computer Science
- Statistics
- Business Administration (preferably with a data or analytics focus)
Language:
- Intermediate to advanced English literacy, especially in reading technical instructions and writing short reports or explanations.
Experience Requirements
- No prior experience is required.
- Instead, we are looking for someone who is:
- Highly motivated and willing to learn new tools and systems
- Flexible with timing and able to work under tight deadlines
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks when required
- Not shy — able to speak up, ask questions, and seek clarification
- Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Interested in building skills in data, analytics, and business intelligence, AI tools
Technical Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)
- Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, or Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of data cleaning or data entry
- Willingness to learn BI tools, automation workflows, and data platforms
