- Oversee the collection, entry, cleaning, validation, and analysis of data related to procurement, inventory, warehouse stock levels, distribution, and consumption.
- Ensure that all supply chain data is entered accurately into relevant systems (e.g., mSupply, LMIS, DHIS2, Excel-based trackers).
- Maintain master data (product codes, suppliers, facility IDs, etc.) in coordination with relevant departments.
- Conduct regular data quality audits and verification exercises to ensure consistency across warehouse, facility, and reporting levels.
- Identify data gaps, anomalies, or inconsistencies and work with supply chain and field teams to resolve them.
- Develop and apply SOPs and data quality improvement plans.
- Generate periodic reports on inventory status, stockouts, order fulfillment, pipeline monitoring, and consumption trends.
- Provide dashboards and visualizations for internal and donor reporting.
- Support programmatic decisions through data analysis (e.g., forecasting, quantification).
- Manage the supply chain data systems/software used by the organization, including user roles, backups, and troubleshooting.
- Support integration of data systems (e.g., linking warehouse data with health facility consumption).
- Collaborate with IT and M&E teams to align data systems and platforms. Train logistics, warehouse, pharmacy, and facility-level staff on data entry, reporting procedures, and data use.
- Develop data management tools, job aids, and guidance materials. Mentor field staff on the use of supply chain indicators and data analysis for decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports to donors, the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH), or other stakeholders.
- Participate in coordination meetings related to LMIS and supply chain performance.
- Support audits and evaluations by providing clean and well-documented datasets.
Bachelor’s degree in statistics or a related field.At least 5 years’ experience in related field. Experience in m-supply or managing data in health supply chain would be an advantage.Essential computer literacy (word, excel, internet)
