- مهارت ارتباطی قوی با کارفرما و انجنیران
- آرشیف تمام اسناد های پروژه ( دراوینگ ها، تست ها...)
- محافظت از اطلاعات خصوصی شرکت و شریک نساختن آن باکمپنی های دیگر
مدرک تحصیلی:
- لیسانس در رشته های برق، سیول و مدیریت
سابقه کاری:
- حداقل ۲ تا ۳ سال تجربه مرتبط در مدیریت اسناد یا دیتا کنترل در پروژههای مهندسی، ساخت وساز، برق، پست برق (Substation) .
- سابقه کار با سیستمهای مدیریت اسناد (EDMS / DMS) مزیت محسوب میشود.
مهارتهای نرمافزاری:
- تسلط کامل به Excel, Word, Outlook
- تسلط به نرمافزارهای مدیریت اسناد مانند:
مهارتهای فردی (Soft Skills:
- دقت و توجه بسیار بالا به جزئیات.
- توانایی کار همزمان روی چند پروژه.
- مهارت عالی در سازماندهی، مستندسازی و زمانبندی.
- مهارت ارتباط مؤثر با تیم مهندسی، کنترل پروژه، تدارکات و کارفرما.
- توانایی کار تحت فشار و رعایت ددلاینها (Deadlines).
زبان:
- تسلط خوب به انگلیسی (خواندن و نوشتن) برای فهم ترنسمیتالها، مدارک فنی و مکاتبات.
