- Responding and resolving in a timely manner to the customer issues and requests.
- Providing technical support to the customers and clients through WhatsApp SMS/Phone Calls.
- Providing training to the Distributors and Retailers regarding the service and products.
- Working as point of contact for all customers.
- Keeps Updating of the Reports and Records.
- Report directly to their line manager or supervisor.
- Try to learn information and training obtain regarding the customer service.
- Assigning and following up on the complaints with required data that can’t be solved immediately, to the related department.
- Being on time and performing all work given by the call center supervisor.
- To maintain adherence, tidiness, discipline, and professional attitude with internal and external customers.
- Any additional tasks which will be added or included to the scope of the project.
- Tracking and following up on customer complaints with the concerned FTTH teams.
- Following up and tracking Fiber to the home (FTTH) package re-activation with the concerned teams.
- Responding to FTTH customer calls.
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma.
- Experience: Minimum of [1] years in sales, with [2] years in a supervisory or leadership role.
