duties

  • Provide customer service and wallet registration at the branch.
  • Visit districts as a mobile agent to perform digital collections, including:
  • Electricity bill payments
  • Municipality and governmental service collections
  • Other assigned payment transactions
  • Educate customers on using the AurumPay wallet and digital services.
  • Record and reconcile all transactions accurately.
  • Represent AurumPay professionally in all customer and community interactions.

qualification

  • Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Good communication skills in Pashto, Dari and English.
  • Familiar with smartphones and digital finance tools.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the province.
  • Honest, disciplined, and customer focused.
