Customer Service Agent Intern

duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, in-person, and digital channels
  • Educate customers on mobile money and e-commerce services and features
  • Assist users with account setup, PIN resets, and transaction troubleshooting
  • Log and escalate technical issues to relevant departments
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Promote new services and campaigns to existing and potential users
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism
  • Support agent onboarding by explaining service features and user flows
  • Follow up on unresolved issues and ensure timely closure
  • Collect customer feedback and report trends to management
  • Adhere to call handling and service quality standards
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer data and transaction history
  • Assist in translating service materials and FAQs into local languages
  • Participate in training sessions and knowledge refreshers
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

qualification

  • Diploma or higher degree in any relevant field
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or call center
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer literacy and typing skills
  • Fluency in Dari and English
