• Control the crowd at distribution or SCOPE registration sites;
• Make proper arrangements, keep the crowd in line, navigate them through the distribution site, and help the distribution facilitators;
• Ensure safe and comfortable access of beneficiaries to the site;
• Assist the crowd control team and information desk officers to arrange the distribution process;
• Prioritize people with specific needs;
• Maintain beneficiaries' confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential;
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing relevant tasks as needed;
• Monitor in-kind and cash transfer distributions to ensure that intended in-kind or cash assistance is distributed to registered beneficiaries and as scheduled;
• Prepare reports at the end of the activities and submit them to the supervisor;
• Perform other job-related duties as required by the supervisor;
Education & Relevant Skills:
• At least a bachelor's degree in the related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in crowd control, data entry, or a similar role.
• Previous work experience with WFP projects will be a plus for the candidates.
• Respect for local customs, cultures, and traditions.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain processes to beneficiaries.
