duties

Database Management

  • Manage, maintain, and update the project’s beneficiary database regularly.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of beneficiary information (biometric and non-biometric data).
  • Conduct regular data cleaning, validation, and verification to ensure the integrity of the database.
  • Provide timely data extraction, analysis, and reporting support to project teams.

Monitoring of Project Activities

  • Track project activities against work plans and ensure that all records and documentation are accurate, up to date, and aligned with donor requirements.
  • Support monitoring and evaluation (M&E) teams by providing accurate data for assessments, surveys, and performance indicators.
  • Conduct spot checks and field visits (if required) to verify data accuracy and project progress.

Complaints and Feedback Mechanism (CFM) Case Management

  • Receive, register, and document community complaints and feedback through various CFM channels (helpdesk, hotline, suggestion boxes, etc.).
  • Ensure proper classification, tracking, and resolution of cases within agreed timelines.
  • Coordinate with field teams and relevant departments to ensure complaints are addressed effectively and beneficiaries receive timely responses.
  • Maintain confidentiality and impartiality while handling sensitive complaints.

Reporting & Donor Compliance

  • Generate regular reports on database updates, CFM cases, and project monitoring activities for internal and donor requirements.
  • Support the preparation of donor reports by providing accurate and consolidated data.
  • Ensure compliance with donor requirements and organizational standards regarding data protection, accountability, and transparency.

Coordination & Capacity Support

  • Work closely with M&E, program, and field teams to strengthen information management systems.
  • Train and support field staff in data collection tools, beneficiary registration, and use of digital platforms.
  • Participate in coordination meetings, providing updates on data management, CFM cases, and reporting.

Other Duties

  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies on data security, confidentiality, and accountability.
  • Support emergency response data management (e.g., rapid beneficiary registration during crises).
  • Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor to support project implementation.

qualification

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Management, Statistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM/M&E/data management.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and data management systems.
  • Fluency in Pashto and English.
