duties

  • Provided efficient, Prompt, and accurate responses to customer queries and suggested improvements to ongoing customer handling.
  • Effectively performed Account Relationship Management tasks. Ensured that proper supervision is in place to find new customers and to build new relationships with potential customers in the market. Ensured the maintenance of good customer relationships with existing customers to improve their satisfaction level.
  • Ensured proper management of the tasks and avoided and prevented fraud-related matters.
  • Performed ongoing monitoring of accounts to find loyal and profitable customers to provide smooth and speedy services
  • Money Laundering Report on a daily basis and referred the transaction in doubt to the concerned.
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding customers’ expectations through superior customer service.
  • Completed call report after visiting the customers for further action as applicable Helped in retaining and growing share of existing customer base through all available and applicable means of marketing Identified the techniques, actions and behaviors for profitable Sales of products In close contact with clients, identified and understood their needs and new demands to ensure that they are met on time for improving customer satisfaction level.
  • Prepared and collected feedback from clients and reported it to the line manager for further action and enhancements.
  • Ensured proper application of the pre-approved rules and procedures set by the organization and regulators.
  • Called the potential clients in the market and informed them about the services that seem beneficial to them for mutual benefits and business growth.

Data Entry & Management

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
  • Verify the accuracy of customer records and correct any discrepancies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all customer information.

Coordination & Support

  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and service departments to ensure smooth customer communication.
  • Support CRM Manager in implementing system updates or upgrades.
  • Assist in training staff on CRM usage when necessary.

qualification

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative work.
  • Prior experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) is an advantage.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
