- Assist in collecting and organizing documents for loan applications.
- Help prepare and update credit files and ensure accurate filing.
- Support in entering data into the Bank's Loan Management System.
- Assist in reviewing loan application forms for completeness.
- Help prepare simple loan summaries or appraisal formats.
- Learn to calculate basic loan interest and repayment schedules in Excel.
- Assist in verifying client information and follow-up on missing documents.
- Help with preparing reports on credit clients (daily/weekly).
- Attend calls from customers and respond to basic queries under supervision.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling client information.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Credit Manager, Deputy Chief Credit Officer, or Chief Credit Officer as per the needs of the department.
Education:
- BBA / Banking & Finance / Economics or other related fields.
Experience:
- Fresh Graduate with no experience
Required Skills and Qualities:
- Interest in credit and lending processes.
- Basic MS Excel and computer skills.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Teamwork and willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and organized work habits.
The duty station of the intern will be the host entity (Azizi Bank ) and the salary will be paid by Islamic Relief Worldwide- Afghanistan (IRW- A) based on agreement.
