2. User Interface (UI) Design
- Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces
- Create high-fidelity mockups, design systems, and UI components
- Ensure responsive design across multiple devices and screen sizes
3. User Experience (UX) Design
- Translate user needs and business requirements into effective UX solutions
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
4. Collaboration & Design Support
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
- Provide design support during development to ensure accurate implementation
- Present and justify design concepts clearly and professionally
5. Quality, Documentation & Brand Compliance
- Ensure designs follow usability, accessibility, and brand guidelines
- Maintain organized design files, documentation, and style guides
- Continuously refine and improve design standards
a) Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Equivalent professional experience may be considered
b) Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as a Creative Graphic Designer or UI/UX Designer
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative visual design and UX thinking
- Solid understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and branding
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles
c) Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in Figma
- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator
d) Soft Skills
- High level of creativity and visual storytelling ability
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
