- Assist in Develop in and implementing work plans related to correspondence management activities
- Distribute directives issued by the university leadership to relevant departments.
- Disseminate instructions from the Office of the President.
- Assist in control, register, and track all incoming and outgoing documents.
- Attend all university meetings, prepare relevant reports, and distribute them according to authorized instructions.
- Help in safeguard official letters and associated incoming/outgoing documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the university leadership.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field.
Experience:
- Fresh Graduate with no experience
Skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficiency in the official languages of Afghanistan and the English language
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
The duty station of the intern will be the host entity (Karwan University) and the salary will be paid by Islamic Relief Worldwide- Afghanistan (IRW- A) based on agreement.
